HashDT’s total liability for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid HashDT, if any, in the past six months.

The laws of Canada exclusively govern these Terms, without regard to conflict of laws principles. All claims and disputes arising under these Terms shall be litigated solely in the courts of Canada.
